The following featured projects are a selection of ongoing and completed Enterprise & Research schemes in the Master Planning sector:

	The Digital Hub, Dublin Vision Plan for The Digital Hub setting out a framework describing how the Digital Hub will be developed as a centre of global excellence in research and development for digitally related enterprises.

	Feature Project
	IDA Science & Technology Park, Oranmore, Co Galway Master plan for a Science and Technology Park on a 67.7 acre site in Oranmore, Co. Galway. The Science and Technology Park will be a location for high skill knowledge based industries, with an emphasis on bio-technology and research and development. The master plan report has been prepared as a supporting (non-statutory) document to a planning application for site development works and a Bio-Pharmaceutical plant.


		Business and Technology Park, Carlow Master plan for a high quality business park on a 70 acre site in Carlow. The master plan set a clear development strategy for the park, setting out the roads, landscape and infrastructural elements and a set of design guidelines for the development of individual sites.

		Business & Technology Park, Clonmel MOLA was commissioned by IDA Ireland to prepare a Master Plan and submit a planning application for infrastructure and enabling works for a Business and Technology Park on a 50 acre site at Ballingarrane, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

		Locating Industry in Louth Louth County Council contracted MOLA to prepare a study to identify optimal locations for industrial and commercial expansion in Co. Louth.

		Titanic Quarter, Queen's Island, Belfast Master Plan for Titanic Quarter, a state of the art environmentally friendly development.

		Trintech Group Plc Headquarters, Dublin *Office* Master plan and phased development comprising a prestigious new build three-storey headquarters and a four-storey office development.
