The following featured projects are a selection of ongoing and completed schemes in the

athlone

	Feature Project
	Athlone Town Centre *Mixed-Use* This 108,390 sq.m. development is the single biggest urban regeneration project of its kind undertaken in Ireland and incorporates 66 retail units, 148 residential units; five restaurants and a café; an 11 storey, 167-bed 4-star hotel; a covered street and square; a crèche and 1,140 car parking spaces on a 2.9 ha site adjacent to the town’s historical quarter.

	Dreamhouse Retail Centre, Moscow A new four level enclosed Retail Centre located at the junction of Roublevo-Uspenskoe shosse and Podushkinskoe shosse in a Moscow suburb.

	Planeta Retail Centre, Krasnoyarck, Siberia New-build retail and leisure centre, constructed over two phases, accommodating a complementary mix of retailers, entertainment and leisure facilities as well as places for exhibitions and cultural activities.


		Adidas Russia/CIS A commission by Adidas Russia / CIS to develop a new corporate style, and to implement it into new Concept stores in Moscow and the Russian regions.

		Adidas Headquarters, Leningradsky Prospect, Moscow *Office* Fit-out of new administration and product showroom in a recently renovated building at Leningradsky Prospect 31 for Adidas.

		Citibank Banking Offices, Moscow & St Petersburg A commission to develop Citibanks' commercial presence in Moscow and in St Petersburg. Fourteen public bank offices were implemented, ranging in size from 95 sq.m. to 350 sq.m.

		Gerald Griffin Street Mixed-Use Development, Limerick *Mixed-Use* This mixed residential development comprises of 133 apartments, contained in four storeys and a penthouse level, over a ground floor level retail/commercial space and a basement level car park on what was formerly the City Tannery in Limerick City.

		Kaliningrad 750 *Mixed-Use* New build 45,970 sq.m. commercial, social, and retail development on a 1.56 hectare site located within the central district of Kaliningrad.

		Kaliningrad Retail Centre A mixed-use retail, leisure and business development is a new-build 35,095 sq.m. project on a 0.66ha site located at the intersection of Leninsky prospect and Shevchenko street in Kaliningrad.

		Killorglin Town Centre Renewal *Mixed-Use* The 1.8 hectare site lies in the centre of Killorglin Village and comprises of the development of three buildings; a Mixed-Use Complex, a Local Area Centre and an Advance Office Building.The 3800sq.m. Mixed-Use Building accommodates 27 Apartments, Offices and several Retail Units. The Local Area Centre, measuring 2050sq.m. and the 2 storey Advance Office building provides 2185sq.m. of office space. The three buildings share a 2 storey underground car park accommodating 320 parking spaces.
