Murray O’Laoire
Architects have been providing comprehensive architectural and
project management services to clients in Russia and the CIS since
1992. During this time our Moscow office has built up considerable
local knowledge which allows us to effectively deliver projects
in Russia to international standards across a wide variety of building
types. We are fully licensed to practice architecture and engineering
on the territory of the Russian Federation.
MOLA has built
a reputation as one of Russia’s leading private
architectural practices and provides services as a lead design consultant
or as local associate architect to non-licensed foreign architectural
firms with projects in Russia. Our Moscow office currently employs
19 professional staff of whom 5 are of international origin and 14
Russian nationals. The office also employs a further 5 support staff.
Our company policy is to provide our Russian employees with international
standard training in one of our overseas offices.
Our Moscow office
is fully integrated within the structure of our other offices in
Ireland and Poland so that it can call on the full resources of
our 130 plus staff there, including Murray O’Laoire’s full
range of design specializations in areas such as housing, health
care, industrial, education, commercial and urban design. The Murray
O’Laoire Retail Design Group is based in the Moscow office
and seeks to meet the ever increasing demand from this sector of
the Russian development market, as well as providing consultancy
services to retail projects based in our other offices.
Some of our recent clients in Russia include Adidas, IKEA, Engeocom,
Two Captains Group Co, ABN AMRO and Kashirsky Dvor Serevyanin,
among many others.
