TEAM WORKING

MOLA has a consistent record of architectural achievement, and an on-going commitment to providing the best possible support to our Project Teams in helping them achieve excellence in what they do and to consistently achieve good architecture in a way that enthuses our Clients.

We recognise that achieving our goals means having the best teams and we have the best teams. We recognise the importance of getting the right mix of people on every project - the right mix of talent, experience, leadership and technical skills.

MÓLA actively promotes a positive approach to team working where everyone involved has a sense of ownership and achievement, where there are successes and a sense of responsibility and commitment to problem solving if set-backs are encountered.

The division of roles and responsibilities of all team members is clearly defined in the MÓLA Checkbook document. Weekly team meetings provide the forum for monitoring team progress, reviewing and setting individuals tasks and duties. Weekly resource management meetings also review the staffing requirements for all projects in the office ensuring that staff members are re-deployed to projects with immediate requirements.
