The following featured projects are a selection of ongoing and completed schemes in the
Office Private sector:

	Feature Project
	Dublin City Council Central Laboratory, Marrowbone Lane, Dublin *Enterprise & Research* Mixed-use scheme was selected for development following a limited competition organised by Dublin City Council. The building comprises retail and commercial office space and a fully fitted out laboratory department on the third and fourth floors. The massing of the building is divided into a ‘linear’ block and a ‘cube’ block with a glazed link between, open at ground floor level.

	Feature Project
	Office Centre, Lesnaya 27, Moscow Competition for the development of a Class A office complex with integral underground car parking on a 0.8 ha site. One of the main objectives was to provide a landmark building that addresses the prominent location and provides a focal point to the ‘White Square’ development, raising its profile and architectural awareness and improving and reinforcing public space and pedestrian links.

	Feature Project
	Centre Park Road Office Development, Cork The new development is located within the emerging Cork Docklands Development area and forms part of the overall waterfront development zone that links back to the south side of the city. The building is six storeys with a seventh storey set back over a generous double volume ground floor. A new five storey block acting as a ‘Link Building’, connects this new north-south block with the adjacent Centre Park House.

	Microsoft European Operations Centre Relocation Fit-Out The project comprises 16,700 sq.m. of office space to accommodate 800 staff in a 75:25 cellular office : open plan ratio, with provision for a 240 seater staff restaurant, health centre, gymnasium, training suite, and informal coffee bars.


		ABN Amro Bank Headquarters, Dublin Fit-out in the International Financial Services Centre for the Dublin head office of the international banking group, ABN Amro.

		Adidas Headquarters, Leningradsky Prospect, Moscow Fit-out of new administration and product showroom in a recently renovated building at Leningradsky Prospect 31 for Adidas.

		AIG Offices, North Wall Quay, Dublin A high specification, five-storey office block above a basement carpark for AIG Insurance Ltd.

		American Express Office Fit-Out, Moscow Fit-out of the new offices of American Express in Moscow, including reception area, and travel and credit card service areas.

		BBC Offices, Moscow Office space for the BBC's Moscow bureau and a series of technical accommodations including television, radio studios and editing suits.

		Bloomberg Offices, Moscow Fit-out of new Moscow offices for Bloomberg Television. The scheme reflects the ‘modern minimalistic‘ spirit of Bloomberg through the use of very concise colour and material choices and advanced Audio Visual equipment.

		Holmes O'Malley Sexton Solicitors - Office Fit-Out This fit-out was conceived as a ‘dynamic new chapter’ in the company’s history and is designed to reflect the progressive nature of the firm. The project included the provision of a new ground floor reception area, consulting rooms on the ground floor and a resource library.

		Harcourt Building Fit-Out for Mellon Bank This project comprised a Fit Out for 120 persons at the recently completed Harcourt Building for Mellon Bank, who had outgrown their existing premises on Hatch Street, and needed room to meet their expanding requirements.

		Microsoft Headquarters, Moscow Fit-out design of approximately 6,000 sq.m. of office space for Microsoft’s new Moscow headquarters. The scheme provides administrative spaces for sales and marketing and facilities for customer training.

		The Mortgage Business A fast track office fit-out for the Mortgage Business at New Century House with a brief to create a strong identity and an innovative and stimulating environment for their 350 staff. The project took 9 months from concept design to client occupation.

		Nortel Networks Offices, Moscow Fit-out of new Nortel Networks Global Corporation office, of approximately 1,500 sqm. located in the Naberezhnaya Tower Business Centre in Moscow.

		Stolichny Bank, Moscow The head office of one of Russia’s largest and most successful banks. The design provided for the reconstruction of the original early 20th century facade with a modern office building to the rear.

		Trintech Group Plc Headquarters, Dublin Master plan and phased development comprising a prestigious three storey headquarters and a four storey office building. High quality and technologically advanced materials were utilised throughout. The predominant cladding materials are glass, sandstone and a sophisticated bi-modular aluminium system where opening and fixed vents are indistinguishable.
