Athlone
Town Centre
This 108,390 sq.m. development is the single biggest urban regeneration project of its kind undertaken in Ireland and incorporates 66 retail units, 148 residential units; five restaurants and a café; an 11 storey, 167-bed 4-star hotel; a covered street and square; a crèche and 1,140 car parking spaces on a 2.9 ha site adjacent to the town’s historical quarter.

Eurovea International Trade Centre, Bratislava
Phase 2 of the redevelopment of a former industrial zone stretching 500m along the bank of the Danube river.
This phase of redevelopment comprises a total of 183,000 sq.m. of floor space made up of 90,000 sq.m. of residential, 80,000 sq.m. of office space, 10,000 sq.m. of retail and 4,000 sq.m. of leisure, fitness and crèche uses. |
