INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE

The Customer Journey...
Embarking on an interior project can be a complex process. Understanding the procedure, the disciplines involved, getting what you want, getting value for money, and making it happen on time… is what we do… all the time.
We understand the process and we make it our business to ensure you understand it and feel in control. We break the 'journey' up into manageable distances, with key milestones clearly marked. Our emphasis is on building a personal relationship with our clients. Your project will be managed by a senior member of the team with whom you can discuss any and all issues at any time.

We listen…to understand…
We know that no two clients are the same. We believe that the key to a successful project is listening and understanding… really getting to know our clients’ aspirations and goals.
To help with this we have developed our own Briefing Guide, reflecting our experience in assisting you, the client in defining your objectives.

Working with change…
We believe that the constant of change is an opportunity that, if managed appropriately, can enhance our clients’ business.
For the redesign of its new head offices the Mortgage Business took advantage of the change to restructure the company culture, from conservative and hierarchical to open, progressive and staff focused. We absorbed and developed the new spirit and aspirations of our client into our design proposals, translating philosophical concepts into reality. The new interiors have enhanced staff motivation and retention and increased productivity.

Innovation…
Innovative solutions are rooted in creativity, experience and knowledge…knowledge about latest technologies, materials, work practices and trends.

We constantly strive for innovative design solutions that add value to your projects. We research ‘best practice’ trends in management and organisational theory. We sample and test new materials. We attend International exhibitions to keep abreast of latest trends and technologies. We use the size of our practice and the wide range of our projects to ‘cross-fertilise’ projects with innovative design ideas.

Delivering the goods…
A good idea is only as good as its delivery.
Before starting on site with the Microsoft EOC relocation project we built two complete offices, fully fitted out with finishes, lighting and furniture, to represent the desired level of quality and to set a benchmark for construction. Regular visits to site, combined with a 'hands on 'approach to dealing with contractors, help us achieve the required result.
