For the redesign of its new head offices the Mortgage Business
took advantage of the change to restructure the company culture,

conservative and hierarchical to open, progressive and staff
focused. We absorbed and developed the new spirit and aspirations
of our
client into our design proposals, translating philosophical concepts
into
reality. The new interiors have enhanced staff motivation and
retention and increased productivity.

Delivering
the goods…
A good idea is only as good as its delivery.
Before starting on site with the Microsoft EOC relocation project
we built two complete offices, fully fitted out with finishes,
lighting and furniture, to represent the desired level
of quality and to set
a benchmark for construction. Regular visits to site, combined
with a 'hands on 'approach to dealing with contractors,
help us achieve
the required result.
