Dublin City Council Central Laboratory, Marrowbone Lane, Dublin
Mixed-use scheme was selected for development following a limited competition organised by Dublin City Council. The building comprises retail and commercial office space and a fully fitted out laboratory department on the third and fourth floors. The massing of the building is divided into a ‘linear’ block and a ‘cube’ block with a glazed link between, open at ground floor level. |

FÁS Training Centre, Tallaght, Co Dublin
New-build FÁS Training Centre incorporating a mixture of workshops, general classrooms, IT classrooms and administration areas. The building has been set out to maximise the potential of the site, while addressing the requirements of the brief, including updates for safety and the disabled. The building underwent a successful air tightness test as part of the design specfication.

Customer Care Centre and Switch Facility set amid the
lush greenery of Plassey's National Technological Park. The Care
Centres structure is L-shaped to maximise on natural light, internal
ventilation, and the fortunate location. |

Pilot project in Shannon Development’s initiative to create a number of e-towns in the Shannon Region.The development is on a 2.2 acre site and will comprise of 12 housing units, six of which have an integral business unit and six starter business units. |

Longford Enterprise Centre - Competition
New build Enterprise Centre comprising three functionally distinct elements, linked by circulation and pivot spaces of various configurations both internal and external. The organisation of the building in plan can be understood in its external, three-dimensional appearance; the light-industrial, office and training areas each clearly identifiable and distinguishable from the other. |

Co. Dublin
This Rottapharm Ltd. development incorporates three buildings on a green-field site in West County Dublin. Phase 1 of the overall plan, comprising the construction of an administration building, a process / production building and a warehousing facility, was awarded the CIF's 'Sustainable Building Award 1999'. |
