Murray Ó Laoire Architects and Brian O’Connell Associates have a formal Partnership specifically structured to service the Health Care Sector, providing specialist consultancy and full architectural services.
Founded in 1990, MÓL-BOCA is one of the largest Architectural Practices in Ireland with a combined staff of more than 200 people and with offices in Limerick, Dublin, Cork, London, Moscow and Warsaw.

Recent and current Healthcare projects by the partnership include Phases 1 and 2 of the Mid-Western Regional Hospital, Limerick (€33 million), South Tipperary General Hospital, Clonmel (€24 million), Midland Regional Hospital at Tullamore (€90 million), Dundalk Clinic - Private Hospital (€35 million), National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH) (€100 million), Cork University Hospital - Accident & Emergency and Day Procedures Unit (€16 million), Bon Secour Private Hospital, Galway (€17.5 million), Saint John’s Hospital, Enniscorthy (€17 million), Mater & Children’s Hospital Development - Phase 2 (€143 million), South Infirmary - Victoria Hospital, Cork (€45 million) and Roscommon County Hospital - Accident & Emergency (€16 million).

We have developed considerable proficiency and experience in the planning, design, cost control, specification and administration of Health Care Buildings and have a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. In addition to full architectural services, the firm offers services in Specialist Hospital Consultancy, Urban Design and Planning, Interior Design, Environmental Design, Project Management and Health & Safety Supervision of Design.
