UL Thomond Student Village, Limerick
Three student accommodation buildings and a management facility building radiating out from a nodal point in a Southerly direction. The building heights vary from three to five stories, nestling in the natural landscape. As the site is prone to occasional flooding the land required was raised to create promontories and thus preserving the natural flood plain and the seasonal nature of the landscape.

Trinity College Trinity Hall Student Residences, Dartry, Dublin
Development comprising c.25,000 sq.m. of student accommodation distributed over three buildings on a c.4.27 hectare site. This project was a task in innovation in a historical area in the context of economic and time constraints to create a unique architectural, environmental, historic, social, statutory and economical project.

  
 
 
     
     
  Student Residences, Broadstone, Dublin
A predominantly four storey development providing 96 student beds in the heart of Dublin’s city centre. The scheme is characterised by the architectural section connecting an upper level park to a lower level street, the reduction of building mass to simple material blocks within a redefined landscape and the innovative use of cladding materials previously unused in DOE approved schemes.		  
 
 
  Carrigrohane Road Student Apartments, Cork
The scheme is a part of a masterplan for the redevelopment and extension of the Kingsley Hotel site, Cork.
The student accommodation phase of the scheme involves the construction of a new 14,068 sq.m. five storey student housing development, comprising 116 apartments, (514 student bedspaces) and to incorporate 840 sq.m. communal facilities including retail, restaurant, laundry, and other support facilities.		  
 
 
  Student Housing, 365 Collins Avenue Dublin 9
A new development of student housing at 365 Collins Avenue. The site widens from approximately 10.5m to the front to 25.5m to the rear on a 0.3 acre plot close to the junction of Collins Avenue and the Swords Road.		  
 
 
  Student Residences, Goatstown, Dublin
Comprising of approximately 38,000 sq.m. of new structure distributed over 3 new buildings this complex of ‘regular’ student residences provides a total of 1,060 bedrooms.		  
 
 
  Rhebogue Student Housing,
Co Limerick - Phases 1 & 2
Phased student accommodation development in a suburban context. The first phase, completed March 2004, consists of 37 apartments on three levels with communal and caretakers facilities on the ground floor. The ‘L’ shaped building establishes the courtyard which will be completed by a later phase consisting of two blocks of 19 apartments, also on three levels.		  
 
 
  Goldsmith Hall, Trinity College Dublin
This scheme involved the provision of 207 bed spaces arranged in 55 apartments around a central courtyard and includes a 1,000 seater multi-purpose Hall and society rooms at Ground and Mezzanine levels below.
